Very Good The rudder did not react correctly. Written statement to Pitter will follow. The employee who inspected the boat has already been informed of this. Rudder reacts very hesitantly and remains stuck when the port side is hit. Unsuitable for harbour manoeuvres. The problem was apparently already known.
