Ocean Comfort
- Tubber offers the option to cancel your booking without charge within seven days of making your reservation, except for bookings made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 45% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not checked in.
- Tubber service charges are not refundable.
- To officially cancel a booking, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Excellent We have just finished a wonderful two-week holiday in Corfu. Renting/selecting/confirming the boat through Tubber was lightning fast. Very friendly welcome from the base manager and staff. Boat is fully equipped, however not with solar panels as stated on overview features. And with us had a broken boiler, so no hot water, we sailed back to Gouvia after several days and there it was repaired super fast!). Communication from Tubber with local base manager and flotilla was not entirely smooth (change in transport was not communicated, day of departure of flotilla was on other day than communicated, content information about flotilla was not known, boat flotilla was not in indicated place etc, this could be improved. Other than that, absolutely great.
