Ocean Comfort
- Tubber offers the option to cancel your booking without charge within seven days of making your reservation, except for bookings made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 45% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not checked in.
- Tubber service charges are not refundable.
- To officially cancel a booking, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Poor The Organisation there on site was very good. There are dozens of rental companies so it takes some searching to find the right one. The cooperation with Tubber was less successful. Tubber is hard to reach on the number listed on the site. And when we got in touch, we often had to call back ourselves for an answer. What bothered us most was the aggressive way of advertising the same trip for half the money. This made us feel like we paid too much every time. We contacted Tubber about this, but it was not followed up. We were also repeatedly emailed advertisements offering free transfers "when you book now". We had to pay 240 euros for this. 120 there and 120 back. No complaints about the taxi driver. Beware not all rental companies in Greece are equally reliable, so do proper research first.
