  • This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
  • Cleaning fees are always refundable if you have not checked in.

Poor Had to wait very long before we received the boat. On-site boat explanation was short and poor. Dinky turned out to be leaky and engine was suddenly not included even though this had been agreed. After a lot of phone calls we finally got it right, but we were delayed. Linen was inadequate. One duvet too few and duvets present not fresh. Kitchen/tea towels were missing. Electricity on board not ok. Toilet of 1 cabin stank badly when flushed. Crockery was far from complete. Communication on site poor.
