How does it work?

1. Create an account

In order to rent a boat you need to create a Tubber account. You can sign up with your Facebook profile, Google+ or e-mail account.

2. Find your perfect boat

Tubber offers a vast variety of boats. With the help of adequate search criteria finding a boat is prone to be a success.

3. Book

Found it? Make sure the dates are correct, book a skipper if needed and finalize the booking. Wait for a response and you're done!

How to rent a boat with Tubber

To rent a boat with Tubber is safe and easy. The only thing you have to do is creating a Tubber personal account, pick a boat of your choice and press book.

How do I contact the boat owner and submit a booking request?

To contact the boat owner you need to create a free Tubber account and be logged –in. Go to the page of the boat and click on [Send a message to the owner]. Here you can send a message to the boat owner. To make a booking request, you go to the page of the boat and click on [Request booking]. Complete the reservation details for your request and [Confirm Booking Request].

Can I see a booking as confirmed, even when I have not heard anything from the owner?

To book a trip can be exciting and especially when you require an immediate response. We recommend waiting for the owner’s response even though it’s a last minute booking request.

How do I pay for my booking?

To pay for your confirmed booking, click on [Payment]. You can make a secure online payment through Adyen by your local preferred online bank account.  If you make your booking over 60 days in advance, you will be able to pay in two installments: the first installment 50% of the total amount of the booking; the second installment remaining 50%, 58 days before the check-in date.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel your booking at any moment based on the published selected Cancellation Policy of the owner. These terms & conditions will be available on the page of the boat.

Why can I not call or email the owner before I make the booking?

To guarantee your safety and privacy, you can only use Tubber messaging system on the website. As soon you have booked a boat, you can receive the phone number and email address of the owner.

How do I search for boats?

You can search for boats using the search criteria on Tubber. You can search in terms of location, price, rental period, dates, size and other advance search categories. You can even combine categories in your search to find your perfect boat.

How do I know if there are still boats available?

On the booking page you can see the availability in the calendars tab. For any last-minute booking requests, we advise you to contact the owner. With your personal log in you can get in contact with the owner via Tubber messaging fast and easy.
