- Tubber offers the possibility to cancel your reservation free of charge within seven days of booking, with the exception of reservations made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refundable if you have not checked in.
- Service fees for tubes are non-refundable.
- To officially cancel a reservation, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for the cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Very Good We had a great week. Nice company and a very friendly and knowledgeable skipper and hostess! Despite the various storms we never felt unsafe. In addition, we really enjoyed sailing. Highly recommended. What could be improved: the boat had some shortcomings, the motor of the motorboat was broken and the left oar did not fit. In addition, a refrigerator door was broken. So the maintenance of the boat could be better! In addition, we would have liked to eat fresh local products on the boat a little more often. Like fish and vegetables, for example.
