About the role
You will gain practical experience in how a company analyzes and uses data to make business decisions. If you enjoy working with data and want to understand digital marketing and online customer behavior in a real work environment, this role is a good fit.
What you will work on
You may support tasks such as:
- Supporting the planning and evaluation of marketing campaign performance by analyzing key metrics such as traffic and conversions.
- Supporting deeper behavioral and customer journey analyses to better understand how users move through the website and booking process.
- Using GA4 data to understand how users navigate the Tubber website and where they drop off in the booking funnel.
- Helping set up, track, and analyze A/B tests to improve website conversion rates.
- Applying basic statistical techniques, such as correlation analysis, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing, to understand performance trends and support business decisions.
- Working with data from platforms such as BigQuery, CRM systems, and Data Studio / Looker Studio.
- Building Data Studio / Looker Studio reports that help teams understand what is driving traffic, conversions, and sales.
- Supporting CRM data quality and import processes.
Requirements
Who we are looking for
You do not need to know everything already. We are primarily looking for someone who is eager to learn, structured and analytical. Beyond that, you should bring:
A strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data.
Basic knowledge of data analysis, statistics, or digital marketing analytics.
Familiarity with GA4, or willingness to learn.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and conversion funnels.
Comfort asking questions and working proactively.
Fluency in English.
Nice to have
Prior experience or coursework in SQL, R, or Python is a plus, but not required.

Internship details
Location: Tubber office in Groningen / hybrid
Duration: 5–6 months, depending on your study requirements
