- Tubber offers the option to cancel your booking without charge within seven days of making your reservation, except for bookings made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not checked in.
- Tubber service charges are not refundable.

Vrlo dobro Our sailing holiday was great! Thanks to our skipper Willem van der Heide we had a fantastic sailing experience in the region of Lefkas (Greece). Willem is not only a skilled but also a very pleasant skipper who gave us all the freedom to decide where we wanted to sail. He adapted completely to our wishes. In short, he is a very nice skipper and we would definitely book again for a next sailing trip. As for the boat, it turned out to have some overdue maintenance, which caused us and the skipper some inconvenience along the way. The rubber dinky turned out to be leaking, which meant that we had to pump it up every day to be able to sail to the shore. In addition, there were also 2 holes in the pump hose, which made it difficult to pump up the dinky. In addition, one of the paddles could not be attached to the dinky because the connection was broken, which caused one of the paddles to be lost. The anchor winch could not pull up the anchor chain properly, which caused the anchor to fall down frequently. We often took an unnecessary amount of time to raise the anchor. Furthermore, the fuel and water gauges were broken, so we didn't know how much was left in the tanks. The rest of the boat was ok.
