  • Tubber offers the option to cancel your booking without charge within seven days of making your reservation, except for bookings made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
  • This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not checked in.
  • Tubber service charges are not refundable.
  • To officially cancel a booking, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Izvrsno All the guys at Tubber.com made our entire experience seamless- from then very 1st call from the UK where they provided us with technical and practical help in choosing our location and suitable boat , when we changed our location they dealt with the whole matter without issue or complication. They kept in touch with us at all stages of the proceedings ...... I will use the guys next year and can only hope that their business hasn't exploded - so that the level of service is maintained. Thank you Simon and Anne especially for helping make our holiday a good one.
