- Tubber offers the option to cancel your booking without charge within seven days of making your reservation, except for bookings made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not checked in.
- Tubber service charges are not refundable.
- To officially cancel a booking, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Vrlo dobro An overall excellent experience, both with Tubber as an agent and with Euromarine as a charter company. A couple of niggles though. We were not expecting to need cash to pay for the tourist tax and boat insurance at the start of the holiday, and there was a stressful half an hour sorting out getting cash from an ATM at the marina. Also Euromarine were not aware of our request for early check-in that we had arranged with Tubber (apparently they don't offer that in advance at all); so there appeared to be a communication break down there. The boat was great. A lesson learned for next year is to get one with air conditioning, but we knew this boat didn't have it, so that's not a criticism. Some of the running rigging could have been in better condition, with some sheets and halyards looking a bit worn, and fender ropes definitely in need of replacement. Also, the jammers that were labelled were incorrect, which made identifying the correct rope initially quite interesting. The vang is definitely very different to the main sail outhaul ;)
