- Tubber offers the option to cancel your booking without charge within seven days of making your reservation, except for bookings made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not checked in.
- Tubber service charges are not refundable.

Izvrsno Das Boot hat zwar einige Jahre auf dem Buckel, doch ist technisch einwandfrei und fährt sehr gut. Auch Generator und Klimaanlage, Sophie die beiden Kühlschränke haben uns nicht im Stich gelassen. Die rollgroßanlage ist etwas störanfällig, so dass man immer genau achten muss dass das Segel faltenfrei und richtig eingezogen wird. Die Bordbatterien für die Verbraucher sind knapp dimensioniert. Wenn beide Kühlschränke laufen, reicht die Kapazität nicht aus um über die Nacht zu kommen und der Überwachungsalarm piept in der Nacht. Der Service und die Übergabe ist einwandfrei und unübertroffen höflich und freundlich gelaufen. George, so der zuständige für die Übergabe, ist sehr kompetent und kennt das Boot In- und auswendig.
