  • Tubber offers the option to cancel your booking without charge within seven days of making your reservation, except for bookings made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
  • This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not checked in.
  • Tubber service charges are not refundable.

Vrlo dobro Boat from Waypoint was very good but check in instructions from Tubber need to say that the charter company was waypoint not Tubber as we had a food delivery made via the Tubber website which the food delivery company had never heard of and we had to find out that The ACI contact Vedran worked for waypoint not Tubber so please say to clients to contact Waypoint to check in
