Tubber offers the option to cancel your booking without charge within seven days of making your reservation, except for bookings made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not checked in.
Tubber service charges are not refundable.
To officially cancel a booking, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Vrlo dobro We had a wonderful week sailing from Lefkada amongst the Ionian Islands. Even though it was early in the season (April), we were usually able to sail in shorts and a jumper. And everywhere was quiet, with no queues and plenty of space to anchor or go ashore. Definitely highly recommended. Communication from Tubber was excellent, but once there, bear in mind the Greek way of doing things: lots of paperwork and somewhat chaotic :) Oh, and bring your own inflatable lifeboat and lifejacket, as an old-fashioned orange lifejacket is the norm in Greece. All in all, a great experience
