- Tubber offers the possibility to cancel your reservation free of charge within seven days of booking, with the exception of reservations made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refundable if you have not checked in.
- Service fees for tubes are non-refundable.
- To officially cancel a reservation, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for the cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Poor The staff at Dream Yacht Charter in Trogir, Croatia, were exemplary and excellent. However, the boat was too worn out and not well maintained. The low point was the service batteries, which were completely dead, forcing us to run the engine for hours to recharge them. When you’re at a mooring or anchored, this is definitely not what you want. Furthermore, there were many issues with the boat that could be described as “worn out.” If you choose a Sun Loft 47, you’ll have plenty of space in the cockpit, just like on a catamaran, but the sailing performance is mediocre.
