- Tubber offers the possibility to cancel your reservation free of charge within seven days of booking, with the exception of reservations made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refundable if you have not checked in.
- Service fees are non-refundable.
- To officially cancel a reservation, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for the cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Very Good We rented a great boat (Dehler 42SC) in Yerseke for a weekend with fantastic sailing weather. The owner was very friendly and helpful when we arrived. However, it turned out on site that the boat we had originally booked (Dehler 38SC) was unavailable due to repairs, so we were given this Dehler 42SC as a (very worthy) replacement. Because of that change, the administrative process (some things still had to be rebooked after we had already arrived) took longer than was pleasant. Check-in via an app also took a lot of time and involved a lot of searching. That said, the rental company was extremely helpful in this regard as well, and everything on the boat turned out to be very complete and in proper working order. One final point of criticism regarding the administrative process was that the charter company hadn’t received the crew list we’d submitted from Tubber. Ultimately, this was also smoothly resolved with the charter company because we had a printout of the crew list with us. Check-out was relaxed, thorough, and nice and quick. Thanks to the charter company Venturi Sailing!! The boat handled itself perfectly this weekend in strong winds (sometimes 6 Bft); and that’s what matters most. It was wonderful!!!!

Very Good Fine clean and modern ship. Nice light interior with plenty of space inside and outside. Bow propeller is very handy, especially with strong winds at locks and bridges. Lovely sailing ship for up to 4 adults. It is a fairly light boat, which has advantages and disadvantages. I find 2.03m draft a bit much for the Oosterschelde with its treacherous sandbanks just outside the sailing channels. For an experienced skipper, this is not a problem but it is definitely a caution.

Excellent Great boat, fully equipped, comfortable berths and full kitchenette. Great for short and long sailing trips, and very good sailing characteristics.
