Poor Picking up (and returning) the boat at Asta Yachting (Sukosan) went smoothly. Unfortunately, shortly after departure the autopilot failed and instead of going to a bay for snorkeling we had to sail to a harbor where an electrician fixed the problem (with tape). Also, a few cushions for the couches would be nice. Croatia is wonderful for sailing and with a little luck dolphins will swim with you. We had booked flotilla with the idea that we would be relieved and for fun. Unfortunately, the flotilla leader had no experience in the area. He was very friendly and sympathetic but due to lack of knowledge/network? he did not manage to arrange overnight stays for the whole flotilla together. As a result, we were spread over 3 ports in one bay, for example, and twice we had to find a place where we could safely spend the night by ourselves. The flotilla was a disappointment for us.
