Easy Shore
- Tubber offers the possibility to cancel your reservation free of charge within seven days of booking, with the exception of reservations made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refundable if you have not checked in.
- Service fees for tubes are non-refundable.
- To officially cancel a reservation, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for the cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Very Good A week in Croatia with the two of us and a skipper went well. The reservation through Tubber went smoothly. Answers to our questions also came quickly. The reception at the charter company Detoni was much less cordial. Let's just say that Toni is a gruff Croatian. At first glance, there was not much wrong with the boat, but soon some small things turned out to be missing: coffee maker, kettle, wine glasses. Later some more things broke (halyard stopper, spray hood). The frigo was more like a freezer (uncontrollable except by turning the sure on and off occasionally). The skipper was a pleasant Croatian and because of his stay for 25 years in Holland, spoke very good Dutch.
