- Tubber offers the possibility to cancel your reservation free of charge within seven days of booking, with the exception of reservations made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refundable if you have not checked in.
- Service fees for tubes are non-refundable.
- To officially cancel a reservation, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for the cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Excellent Thanks to the active guidance of our flottilje leaders and friendly group of people on the other ships, we had a fantasic vacation. Also the service from Tubber and Dreamyachts was top notch during the sailing trip. We had some technical problems at the start and during the sailing trip but this was all solved and supported top notch.
