Poor The sailboat (Bavaria 37) was amazing and the customer service up until our booking started was great, but as soon as we arrived at the harbor, we were met by a company who didn’t really help us much. (Zadar, Croatia) We started by having to pay a fee to of 200€ to the company at the harbor, which we were not informed by Tubber (at least not to our knowledge). Also be aware that the tourist tax and fuel difference (upon checkout) needs to be paid cash for some reason and that the huge deposit needs to be reserved using only a credit card (not Visa or Mastercard). The company that manages the boats were not happy to assist us in any way and the technicians who actually helped us, kept talking trash about us and made fun of our mistakes (this was our first ever boat rental ever). In this case, it would have been appreciated if Tubber was more involved in the process of check-in and check-out, to eliminate any doubts and concerns, and the process of checking in and out should be better explained by Tubber before arriving. I would not recommend this experience for people who are renting a boat for the first time.
