- Tubber offers the possibility to cancel your reservation free of charge within seven days of booking, with the exception of reservations made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refundable if you have not checked in.
- Service fees for tubes are non-refundable.
- To officially cancel a reservation, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for the cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Very Good As always, the booking process with Tubber was smooth and pleasant. The charter company’s on-site service was very professional and pleasant, both at check-in and check-out, and they showed the necessary flexibility. The boat was as expected (given its age); everything was in order and reasonably well-maintained. Overall, a very pleasant and fast sailboat.
