Poor I cannot be completely satisfied with the boat that was offered. There were several issues with the boat that were presumably known by the charter company but nothing was fixed EN. You pay for a polished boat and at check in you find an empty bottle and a lighter between the cushions, bread crumbs everywhere, toothpaste residue in the wet bar. Then the landlord informs you that something is wrong with the water pump system. Due to a leak in the hot water heater, the pump is going to reset the pressure for a while. Annoying because you have to turn off the electricity to that pump to avoid going crazy from the noise. Okay then, we leave and when hoisting the mainsail we notice that a winch has been taken apart but not defectively reassembled. Via a YouTube film we get the job done and we can continue...or so we think, because after hoisting the sails we want to sit back and relax for a while, but then it turns out that the autopilot does not work and the boat first deviates 15 degrees from its course and then gives errors after 5 minutes of calibration. Just calling the technical service does not provide any solace because you as a tenant cannot solve this. Okay we continue sailing and that works fine for the rest. Hot water from the engine is okay until one night at the quay when the electric element of the boiler fails. Luckily we shower in the sanitary blocks of the marina. As icing on the cake I break my little toe because the swimming platform was not completely level due to a twisted cable and on Thursday evening a mooring line gets caught in the propeller because a helping skipper pointed out the wrong mooring line...we were fortunately in the port of departure because a heavy storm was announced that Thursday evening 5 September 2024 (normally we are moored at a buoy). The consequence was that we could not sail on Friday for our last day because a diver had to be called. In short, not a giant vacation but in this Tubber is not at fault. The charter company just sends out boats with sometimes known problems every week. Everything is paid for and the renter has no leg to stand on...remarks are made but no sorry or compensation. Is also not my first time renting in Croatia and have had problems with substandard equipment such as faulty anchor winches, faulty batteries or chargers etc on several occasions.
