- Tubber offers the possibility to cancel your reservation free of charge within seven days of booking, with the exception of reservations made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refundable if you have not checked in.
- Service fees for tubes are non-refundable.
- To officially cancel a reservation, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for the cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Poor The boat had a lot of defects, the jib broken, taken off, promised all week, not so. Captain without sail knowledge, did not want to sail, air conditioning broken so we could not leave, dirty bedding, according to captain was allowed toilet paper in toilet causing blockage, my husband has solved that, contact person did not answer the phone, no idea where to go. Air conditioning in other cabin was repaired where summer unsolicited these guests put their stuff in our cabin, all our expensive stuff was on the floor. Even the staff refused to go on this ship again.
