Excellent Overall I was happy with the yacht. It was faultless during the trip and the condition was as expected for a charter yacht of its age. The staff were very helpful and as we arrived in Gocek early the staff went all out to try and get the yacht ready early for us. Whilst in a marina in Fethiya another yacht collided with ours and the staff at EGG were very good at managing the situation. My only observation in respect of the whole trip was that it was not made clear at booking that the costs to be paid at base had to be made in cash. We generally dont carry cash and depend on cards. So had to go around to several cash points to try and draw out the money. Clearly most banks only allow a certain amount to be withdrawn each day and doing this in a Country outside our own caused the bank fraud department to get involved. Likewise we incurred significant cost by withdrawing this much cash (650 Euro) from a cashpoint. This should have been made clearer during the booking as it would have saved us significant withdrawal costs and rubbish exchange rates.
