- Tubber offers the possibility to cancel your reservation free of charge within seven days of booking, with the exception of reservations made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refundable if you have not checked in.
- Service fees are non-refundable.
- To officially cancel a reservation, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for the cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Poor Booked several times already and always to great satisfaction. However, now almost all days busy with a ship that is just not right. An empty gas tank on departure. To 2x a toilet that is clogged, where the advice is to stick your boat hook in the outlet of the waste water and stomp it, a battery alarm that goes off every night, because t voltage is too low etc. And that etc just becomes a thing. An access door that you have to secure with duck tape, a railing in front of the boat that is almost loose, an outdoor shower that comes off the hose every time, bad lines,.... And of course we had a good time otherwise and Tubber helped where he could, but this did not take away that constant presence that the ship constantly demanded.
