- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refundable if you have not checked in.
- Service fees are non-refundable.

Poor This charter company seems a bit behind the times. This boat was pretty worn out already for her age. Some points I passed on but they weren't really going to do anything about: * Engine hatch not closing properly. SB cabin smells of engine fumes. * Dinghy very wet because of large gap between float and stern. * Chart plotter not up to date * Mainsail halyard does not stay in its clamp under tension * One of the fenders is leaking * Bow thruster sounds like it could stop at any moment * BB wet cell smells very bad, old leakage toilet / waste water tank maybe
