- Tubber offers the possibility to cancel your reservation free of charge within seven days of booking, with the exception of reservations made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refundable if you have not checked in.
- Service fees are non-refundable.
- To officially cancel a reservation, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for the cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Poor We had a fantastic vacation. This is thanks to a warm and competent flotilla leader, a nice group of people, beautiful surroundings and a cool boat. We owe that less to the organization of Tubber itself. Regularly there was inconsistent/incomplete info provision and it appeared that within the group there were different (price and prerequisite) agreements for similar things. The telephone communication was generally good, but the (written) follow-up was regularly poor (questions were not or half answered).
