- Tubber offers the possibility to cancel your reservation free of charge within seven days of booking, with the exception of reservations made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refundable if you have not checked in.
- Service fees are non-refundable.
- To officially cancel a reservation, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for the cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Poor Croatia is beautiful and we had a good captain and hostess. Unfortunately, the boat smelled very strong (urine smell). According to the skipper, this is due to moderate (or no) maintenance. This boat is from 2022, this should not happen. During the night this whole time we smelled a strong sewer smell throughout the boat.
