- Tubber offers the possibility to cancel your reservation free of charge within seven days of booking, with the exception of reservations made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refundable if you have not checked in.
- Service fees are non-refundable.
- To officially cancel a reservation, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for the cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Excellent Very helpful staff in booking and in preparing the trip. Fine communication. A brand new luxury boat (Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 389). Very service-oriented charter company in Sibenik. Most dedicated and knowledgeable flotilla leaders. Beautiful surroundings where we visited special and beautiful places, good mix between bays and towns. And a cozy group with many peers of our children.
