Tubber offers the possibility to cancel your reservation free of charge within seven days of booking, with the exception of reservations made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
Cleaning fees are always refundable if you have not checked in.
Service fees are non-refundable.
