Poor Upon arrival we were kindly received, then followed the explanation of the boat, there were some small things broken (such as door lock and this was only after some insistence noted and also repaired where necessary) Really disturbing was that there were some problems reported with the anchor winch, but was said this was fixed by placing a new fuse, so this was clearly not the case. Anchoring became a drama because at any resistance the anchor winch stopped. Eventually with a lot of fuss we managed this but each time anchoring gave a lot of stress. Also the hull clearly needed cleaning, there was a lot of fouling and therefore the performance of the boat was poor. Upon our return a problem was suddenly suggested, this was to have a technical inspection, leaving open whether this was damage or not. Since I was sure that we had not done any damage I did not agree to this and demanded that an inspection take place immediately in my presence, then suddenly there was a technical man present who could perform the inspection, and indeed no damage. Because other guests also experienced this LOOKED like bail milking!
