Ocean Comfort
- Tubber gives you the option to cancel your booking free of charge within 7 days of making your reservation, except for bookings made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if needed.
- For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 45% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not checked in.
- Tubber service charges are non-refundable.

Very Good Both the boat itself, Tubber and the charter company deserve more than five stars because everything was perfectly fine both beforehand, during and with the settlement. For the whole of our vacation we have to take off half a star because of total windlessness the whole week except for three hours with 12 knots of wind; that is a pity but can just be part of it. Another half star falls off because we were knocked off anchor during the last night by a severe storm and ended up on the rocks. Since we fortunately also had an extra line to a bollard, only material damage remained and we got off with quite a scare. We were very well helped by the people at First Class Sailing and the Seahawk will be repaired and back in service next season.
