- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refundable if you have not checked in.
- Service fees are non-refundable.

Poor Environment is very beautiful. Many small islands with good opportunities to anchor or moor. The boat itself in my opinion needs attention. Door hinges were missing. All halyards and sheets were very stiff. Actually everything on the boat needs to be checked or replaced. Engine was recently replaced and there is nothing to complain about, just like sailing characteristics.
