The English Flotilla Guidance

Of course, a successful sailing holiday depends on the weather, the sun, the sea and the flotilla guidance. In addition to conviviality, safety is of course critical during the sailing holiday.

During the Procida flotilla, professional English-speaking guidance is available on the mothership, who are always ready for mooring and anchoring. These flotilla leaders may also be residents, but will always have good English language skills. In addition, they plot the route (with input from the participants) and monitor the weather for everyone. Of course, they enjoy it a lot themselves and are always looking forward to giving you a great experience in Italy as well.

Port and town of Procida.

Day 1

Arrival Procida
Spend the evening at Procida's pastel-coloured marina, located in the northeast corner of the island. Brace yourself for a warm welcome and refreshing libation as you get to know your boat and new flotilla members at our base. Sleep aboard your yacht and wake up for the briefing about your yacht and voyage.
Castle of Isola d'Ischia.

Day 2

Procida - Ischia
To start our journey, we will head towards the island of Ischia and drop anchor on the East Coast to enjoy lunch against the medieval Aragonese castle. Once sated, set sail again to anchor overnight on the island's south coast in Sant'Angelo. Known for its mineral-rich thermal springs thanks to its volcanic heritage, Ischia has stolen the hearts of many visitors with its natural beauty.

Day 3

Ischia - Ventotene
Venture far into the Gulf of Naples to the lively island of Ventotene. Enjoy a straight shot of blue water sailing as you leave Ischia in your wake. Navigate to Porto Romano on the northeast coast of the island. Here we will dock safely to explore the peaceful island town with brilliantly coloured vegetation and panoramic views.
Ports and coast of Ponza.

Day 4

Ventotene - Ponza
Sail on to the next island in the Pontine chain, beautiful Ponza, which lies 40 miles to the west. Here we will spend the night in the harbour of Ponza on the east side of the island. Snorkel in the crystal clear waters and explore the beaches and spectacular geological formations for which Ponza is known. End the day's adventures with a group dinner at a local restaurant, where mouthwatering seafood dishes meet a wonderful day's sailing.
Palmarola in the distance.

Day 5

Ponza - Palmarola
Next in our sights is Palmarola, the westernmost of the Pontine Islands. Mainly serving as a nature reserve, Palmarola's coast is dotted with incredible cliffs and caves, allowing you to dive and snorkel alongside the rich marine life of the Tyrrhenian Sea. We will anchor overnight at this precipitous jewel of the Mediterranean.
