Are you ready to create an exceptional summer of memories? Tubber's flotillas are preparing to set sail in the Greek paradise, and we're expanding our team. We're in search of enthusiastic flotilla couples who are ready to lead extraordinary adventures through the breathtaking Greek islands. About Us:
Tubber's flotillas have charted successful courses during the months of July and August. Building on this triumph, we're excited to announce our expansion plans for the summer of 2024 in the captivating Greek waters. We're on the lookout for dedicated flotilla couples who are eager to provide Tubber guests with the vacation of a lifetime.
Your Role:
As a Flotilla Leader, you'll hold the helm in crafting extraordinary journeys for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Guiding weekly groups of yachts, often including families with children.
- Providing morning briefings, sharing routes, and discussing weather forecasts.
- Offering recommendations for idyllic stops along the way and addressing guest queries.
- Assisting guests during departure and being accessible throughout each day.
- Welcoming Tubber guests at ports, aiding in mooring, and orchestrating enchanting evening dining experiences.
- Managing logistics like harbor reservations and restaurant bookings.
- Occasionally engaging with children through delightful activities, fostering a sense of unity.
- Operating from the mother ship, with or without paying guests, as required.
Requirements
Qualities We Seek:
A successful Flotilla Leader embodies the following qualities:
- Extensive sailing experience and a strong maritime background.
- A customer-centric approach, ensuring guests have an unforgettable time.
- Excellent social skills, capable of connecting with both adults and children.
- Proficiency in organization to manage reservations, bookings, and activities.
- A collaborative spirit, complementing your partner's strengths.
- Proficiency in both Dutch and English, facilitating effective communication.
- Flexibility and adaptability, attuned to changing scenarios and guest needs.
- A presentable demeanor reflecting Tubber's values.
- Genuine passion for the sailing area, enabling you to share insights with guests.
- Possession of Sailing Licenses (Vaarbewijs I and II, ICC) and Marine Radio Proficiency.
