...Due to the expansion into the German market, we are seeking an inside sales account manager responsible for Germany. As part of our sales team, you will receive support from our senior Shipmate while assisting numerous guests in planning their ultimate sailing vacation. Your role will involve advising on travel destinations, answering questions via email and chat, and assisting guests in choosing the perfect boat for their needs. Additionally, you will create customized quotes as needed and provide assistance to guests during their vacation.
Requirements
Since we are an internationally operating company, and you will be responsible for the German market, it is a requirement that you are fluent in both German and English, both spoken and written. We seek an energetic, social, and engaged colleague with a drive to excel. Someone who thrives both in a team and independently. If you are commercially inclined, we want you!
Key competencies:
- Experience in sales is required
- Enthusiasm for adventure (knowledge of sailing is a plus but not required)
- Commercial mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
- Flexibility, especially during busy seasons
- Proficiency in both German and English
- Available for at least 1 evening per week
- Available for 1 day on the weekend (once every few weeks)
- Positivity and sense of humor!
