- Tubber offers the possibility to cancel your reservation free of charge within seven days of booking, with the exception of reservations made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refundable if you have not checked in.
- Service fees are non-refundable.
- To officially cancel a reservation, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for the cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Poor The boat was clean, the check in good. Only there was an early check in scheduled through Tubber that the charter company didn't know about. Incredibly irritating. Eventually we got the boat at 3pm but then had to wait another 3 hours!!!! before all the formalities were taken care of. We only had 4 days and then 1 day goes to waste due to bad ash tuning between Tubber and the charter company. In addition, we had major problems with the engine. The starter battery was broken and starting the boat was a drama. I still asked for a new starter battery but according to the charter company that was too much work.
