- Tubber offers the possibility to cancel your reservation free of charge within seven days of booking, with the exception of reservations made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refundable if you have not checked in.
- Service fees are non-refundable.
- To officially cancel a reservation, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for the cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Excellent We only booked a month before our holiday. All the staff at Tubber were friendly and helpful when I had to contact them. We looked for something cheaper and older and we found Formica, that we obtained at a good price. The yacht was in good condition for its age, the guys in Greece who checked us in were knowledgeable and helpful. However, despite having had a refit a few years ago, some of the interior was showing its age with loose fittings on cupboards and shelves, the shower was poor. I know we booked it as a bareboat, but there was no loo paper, kitchen roll, condiments, tea towels etc etc. We didn't mind buying these things, but other charter yachts I have been on in the past have provided the necessities. The yacht is advertised as sleeping 8, in three cabins and saloon, but I think having more than four on board would be uncomfortable! The two of us had a lovely fortnight on Formica, and because we paid the price we did, I think it was a great success.

Excellent Booked with Tubber 2 days before departure. Good efficient organization in NL. Also in the port tight issue and intake of the boat. Boat fine. Good recommendation.
