- Tubber offers the possibility to cancel your reservation free of charge within seven days of booking, with the exception of reservations made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refundable if you have not checked in.
- Service fees for tubes are non-refundable.
- To officially cancel a reservation, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for the cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Poor What a beautiful island with countless enchanting bays to anchor in! One sailing trip in the spring brought the Mistral, which affected our sailing plans quite a bit. For several days this powerful wind could persist, making it wise to seek a port in an attractive area and sit out the storm, where we could enjoy beautiful walks and other activities. Although we had high hopes for the Excess catamaran, known as a dynamic sailor in sailing tests, on this catamaran there was only one underpowered winch to operate all the halyards and sheets. This made the sailing experience more focused on comfort than dynamic sailing. The boatyard, Dream Yacht Charter, was incredibly helpful and friendly. The boat was spotless upon our arrival and their clear communication about not sailing in winds over 30 knots is quite clear. Sailing in this wind force with accompanying flurries we have experienced more than once at sea. But the ban is apparently based on the experience that the Mistral can be powerful in this area.
