- Tubber offers the possibility to cancel your reservation free of charge within seven days of booking, with the exception of reservations made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refundable if you have not checked in.
- Service fees are non-refundable.
- To officially cancel a reservation, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for the cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Excellent Had a super week of sailing with the 2 of us on the Ariadne. Boat was fully equipped. Large refrigerator was very pleasant. Most of the time we enjoyed sailing and used the engine only when necessary. The contact with Tubber was always good and they answered our questions to our satisfaction. The technical man there gave good instructions and was always available if there was a question.

Poor Along the way, the bow thruster and anchor fuses blew, during standby (i.e., not from overloading). According to the lessor, this was the skipper's fault, as it was working when we left. Therefore, the additional damage should be 100% the responsibility of the customer. "Because he is always responsible for everything." Then the atmosphere became particularly grim, Was more about ego than facts. Haven't had such an unpleasant experience in 7 years in Greece. Too bad to have to end nice vacation so negative.
