- Tubber offers the possibility to cancel your reservation free of charge within seven days of booking, with the exception of reservations made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refundable if you have not checked in.
- Service fees are non-refundable.
- To officially cancel a reservation, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for the cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Poor Our experience with Tubber has been fine, but the owner of boat (an Elan 44, the Okea Iris, located in Lavrion) that we rented through Tubber is an extremely unpleasant man who is not amenable to any reason. The halyard fastener broke off during our vacation due to a mishandled earlier repair. By chance we were able to prove this with photographic material, but despite this the full responsibility for this was placed on us. The boat owner became so unreasonably angry about this that we even felt threatened by him. In part, his anger was caused by the fact that we had sought advice by phone from the Tubber contact person. This frustrated him so much that he threatened to knock one of the crew off the boat and withhold hundreds of euros from our deposit. It was eventually settled amicably because we didn't want to escalate the matter further, but it was an extraordinarily nasty end to what should have been a nice vacation. But thanks to the listening ear of the Tubber contact person!
