Poor The boat is in a good condition, we had one afternoon with rain and the water entered through the closed windows at 3 of the 4 cabins. The cabin near the engine suffers from a strong smell of fuel coming from the dripping engine. The Istion Yachting Lefkas team were ok, the check in and the check out took a lot of time, the guy that was there- Sakis Zeta didn’t really understand the boat, he wasted a lot of our time, and at the end we had to figure out by ourselves about the boat. The first night the rope of the dinghy untied( our big mistake!!!!) and we walked at 04:30 when the dinghy was not there. We called Andreas, the base manager, at 07:30, we were already looking for the dinghy, he said that he will call back at 09:00. I asked if he can replace the dinghy if needed he said that he has no dinghy’s available. At 08:00 we already find the dinghy with No help from Istion. while docking back at the marina on Friday, Sakis Zeta was really unpleasant. Saturday morning he came at 08:00 and picked the sab we rented from him instead of waiting till 09:00 or doing it the day before. At 09:00 they were asking to leave the boat when they could see we were taking the baggage out. We asked for a bottle of water and they sent us to buy on. Those are small examples to show the unkind & Unpleasant attitude from Istion crew. Dina the The receptionist and the second girl as well really try to be kind, both of them are the good part of Istion lefkas.
