- Tubber gives you the option to cancel your booking free of charge within 7 days of making your reservation, except for bookings made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if needed.
- For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 45% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not checked in.
- Tubber service charges are non-refundable.

Excellent As always, Tubber did a great job with the preparations. On site, we then had the charter company BAX Yachting as our contact partner. The whole team was very committed and gave us perfect support both before we left and after we arrived. Vagelis, the managing director, even took the time to talk us through our 14-day prepared trip and gave us valuable tips on bays, harbors, taverns and sights. We really enjoyed our boat Sissy, even though the bathing platform had a defect and could no longer be lowered. We had technicians on board twice en route, who were unfortunately unable to rectify the fault. But that wasn't too bad. We mostly moored in small harbors and enjoyed the taverns there. So everything was fine!
