- Tubber gives you the option to cancel your booking free of charge within 7 days of making your reservation, except for bookings made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if needed.
- For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 45% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not checked in.
- Tubber service charges are non-refundable.

Very Good We went on a 14-day sailing trip in Greece in August. Booking the trip with Tubber was okay, although transferring the money to Tubber was a challenge due to their payment system. As we did not know the area well we booked a skipper which was the key success factor. Our skipper Simon Anema knew the area extremely well and kept us out of harm‘s way more than once. We completely underestimated the Meltemi and that going to the Cyclades can be pretty demanding and even dangerous in August because of the Meltemi. Also our skipper knew really nice spots which helped. A real problem (and the reason I cannot recommend the Thalassa) that this boat had no air conditioning. Because of the heat in August it was very often impossible to sleep in the cabins. Everything else regarding the Thalassa was okay.

Very Good Spacious, well cared for boat. Unfortunately no plotter in cockpit but in unfortunate place in cabin.

Excellent Thalassa is very fully equipped and exactly what you should expect from a boat of this size. Spacious and quite luxurious. All accessories work flawlessly. The lessor is very pleasant to deal with, we have heard other stories from other lessors as well (deposit lost). So be careful which landlord you rent a boat from.
