unser check in verlief nicht gut, zwei mal kam das Personal zu spät, zugesagte zeiten wurden nicht eingehaltenbekannte mängel (toiletten-ventil) wurden nicht behoben obwohl sicherheitsrelevant

It would have been nice to constantly have the same contact person through out the planning process of the vacation .The check in lady in the office was a little bit unfriendly. Whereas the check out process was very comfortable, since the whole staff was very helpful and nice (especially the person who was responsible for the checkout on the boat)
