What to pack for a sailing holiday in Thessaloniki?

As we mentioned above, the climate in Thessaloniki and the whole of Greece is quite warm. Clothing that you need to have for your sailing holiday includes swimsuit, a few pairs of shorts, T-shirts and tank tops. An excellent idea while sailing is to have sarongs or coverup - it is very light and will protect your skin from the sun.

Do not forget the deck shoes as you will rent a yacht and will spend time onboard. Apart from the deck shoes, you will need flip flops, sandals, hats, and sunglasses. A pair of pants is recommendable as it gets chilly in some evenings. Another important thing is that the mosquitos are a little problem in Greece. However, if you take bug wipes or sprays against them, you will be totally fine.
