- Tubber offers the possibility to cancel your reservation free of charge within seven days of booking, with the exception of reservations made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refundable if you have not checked in.
- Service fees for tubes are non-refundable.
- To officially cancel a reservation, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for the cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Poor We rented a sailboat through Tubber for a week. The procedure at Tubber was trouble-free. Taking delivery of the boat in Preveza Greece at North Sailing, on the other hand, was a disaster. We were early and the boss on the spot offered to make the boat available earlier if we paid €160. We did not accept this after which they ignored us further. Instead of having the boat ready at 5 pm it became 9 am the next morning. We were hardly told anything about the boat and we had to figure it out. In itself it was a fine boat that we had a very enjoyable time on, but there were a few things wrong with it. The service batteries were so weak that the refrigerator could not be switched on and an alarm had to be set continuously. Furthermore, the number of glasses was far too small even for our party (5) while the boat was suitable for 10 people. Also on our return the check out process took annoyingly long .
