- Tubber offers the option to cancel your booking without charge within seven days of making your reservation, except for bookings made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not checked in.
- Tubber service charges are not refundable.
- To officially cancel a booking, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Excellent In February 2025, we rented a sailboat through Tubber for the period 9 to 22 August. We were still able to change boats in July because we had two extra crew members. The boat was from 2025 and in very good condition and also had air conditioning on board (which was not in the description!). The lessor Alboran Charter was very professional and had very friendly staff. Everything was well organised. We have not experienced this before with about twenty years of sailing experience, really top.
