- Tubber offers the option to cancel your booking without charge within seven days of making your reservation, except for bookings made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not checked in.
- Tubber service charges are not refundable.
- To officially cancel a booking, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Poor We have booked with Tubber a number of times. The boats we pick are always newer. So we expect something for that. However, this boat, only 4 years old, had quite a few faults. Generator that regularly broke down, dirty outside cushions, swimming ladder that was broken, all lines running stiffly, jib that could only be rolled in and out with a lot of force, cabinet knobs that came loose, doors where the handles fell off. Pity all of them! Sure Greece is great, so we had a super time, but technically this boat is not up to scratch.
