- Tubber offers the option to cancel your booking without charge within seven days of making your reservation, except for bookings made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 45% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not checked in.
- Tubber service charges are not refundable.
- To officially cancel a booking, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Poor We had specifically booked a flotilla with Tubber but in the end it turned out we were assigned to Portogali, We had not been informed about this and might have booked a flotilla elsewhere. There was also no flotilla 'mother' ship, flotilla leader was also skipper on the same boat and therefore could not be in port on time. Tubber did sail with a flotilla in this same week!!!
