- Tubber offers the option to cancel your booking without charge within seven days of making your reservation, except for bookings made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not checked in.
- Tubber service charges are not refundable.
- To officially cancel a booking, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Excellent Once again we booked a catamaran with Tubber. The boat more than met our expectations sufficient sleeping accommodation for 12 people, sufficient toilets etc. The inventory could be slightly better but was also not amply insufficient. Tubber easily accessible and does everything to make the sailing holiday a success. Transport to and from the harbour from the airport was also well organised. One flaw was that when we checked the boat, Dreamyachts immediately checked the sail and found damage and held us liable. This sail had not been checked before departure and we were also sure we had not caused that damage. Fortunately, one of us had photo of the sail the day after departure and we were able to establish that the damage to the sail and batten was already there. After a lot of wrangling, they left it at that, but gave us a bit of a bad feeling. So check everything and take pictures. For Tubber, nothing but praise.
